Hong Kong, The Place to Be in 2018!

The conference venue and hotel is the YMCA Salisbury (41 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong). It is ideally located, with a subway stop right outside the door, the Star Ferry terminal a few hundred meters away, easy connections to and from the airport, and excellent facilities (including a pool, gyms, and a climbing wall). Reviews of the YMCA Salisbury can be found here

IABS has negotiated a conference rate of 865 HKD plus 10 percent service charge (1 USD = 7.82 HK; 1 Euro = 9.58 HKD; 1 GBP = 10.85 HKD) for a single or double. This rate is good from June 4 to June 13. A buffet breakfast is not included in the room rate (and will not be part of the conference registration fee), but can be booked at the same time you book your room for an additional 100 HKD. (There is also a lighter café in the lobby that serves an excellent breakfast.)

With the exception of various offsite social gatherings, everything will be held at the YMCA Salisbury. Here are some last minute things to consider as you pack for Hong Kong!
